About GreenCity

GreenCity is planned as an eco-district development - a next-generation commercial, entertainment, and residential community for Henrico County and the Richmond, Virginia metro region. 

Central to the plan is a 40-acre, publicly accessible park system.  A 1.5 mile-long ‘Forest Walk’ will form the backbone of the open space plan which borrows from the region’s rural roots and existing forest features. 

The GreenCity plan proposes building within a landscape-centric model which is itself the central theme.
